Catalyst members have the ability to earn certifications through the Commonwealth Leadership™ certifications program. Each certification has specific eligibility requirements, but all follow the same formula requiring participants to demonstrate knowledge through the completion of online on in-person education, the submission of knowledge justification, as well as successful completion of a formal assessment.

Certifications currently being developed include:

  • Principled Business Leadership Foundations (for members and graduates of a 2 year college)
  • Associate Principled Business Leader (for members and graduates of a 4 year college)
